Whether you live in Monterey County or are just visiting, we welcome you! Monterey County Al-Anon Serves Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Seaside, Marina, Salinas and Lockwood.
If you live, or have lived, with the problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend, you have a home in the Al-Anon Family Groups.

What is Al-Anon?

Al-Anon is a unique fellowship that unities its members of different backgrounds in an inspiring endeavor: helping themselves and others overcome the frustration and helplessness caused by the family disease of Alcoholism. 

 Find a Meeting 

Our district has meetings everyday of the week, at many different times of day. Each meeting has its own focus and flavor. Keep exploring and find those that feel right to you.

Open Speaker Meetings

Sunday, 9/27 -Open to All-
Dinner 5pm / $10 donation
Meeting starts 6pm

Last meeting of the year will be 11/8/2026

The How Al-Anon Works AFG meeting Sundays at 5:30 will not be held during Open Speaker Meetings.

2026 MBAR conference committee is planning for a wonderful conference. Next planning meeting will be held  July 12th at 10am via Zoom.
 
Sunday 5:30 Alateen Meeting will be taking a summer break. Check back in August for more info.
